French toast with honey & fruit!
Leftover French bread from dinner the night before? Slice on a bias, soak in a beaten mixture of eggs, a splash of milk, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, turning once in the pan to coat evenly (may take about 5 min per side to soak through depending on thickness of the bread).
Cook on a griddle pan spritzed with pan spray over medium-low to medium heat, turning once, til golden on both sides and cooked through, about 3-4 min per side.
Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with fresh fruit slices (I used apricots, kiwi and red grapes), enjoy! :)
